Sam has pursued Building Technology and is a Certified Building Supervisor, bringing strong hands-on training and practical expertise in masonry, plumbing and carpentry works. His technical foundation is reinforced by extensive field experience, enabling him to effectively translate design concepts into quality, functional structures.

With over four (4) years of experience in the construction industry, Sam specialises in the technical and supervisory aspects of building works. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to quality, safety and efficient project delivery.

In addition, he has gained valuable professional experience working with the County Government of Nyeri under the Ministry of Public Works, where he was involved in public-sector construction and infrastructure projects, strengthening his understanding of compliance, standards and large-scale project coordination.
